Each of us lives with our own sea and universe within us. The artist mainly paints precious beings found in everyday life and the moments of moving toward a dream. Rather than relying on complex explanations, the works focus on the comfort conveyed through images, inviting viewers to naturally encounter their own emotions.

About the Artist
Artist Nam Younghee
Through sea creatures and companion animals, the artist records dreams, hope, and the warm rest found in everyday life. She creates with the wish that everyone who encounters her works may feel calm and warmth.

Sea
The sea is both the environment given to the artist and the vast background that surrounds every scene. The beings within the works pass slowly through its flow, carrying both the time of life and the texture of the heart.
Jellyfish
The jellyfish symbolizes a flexible heart. Rather than resisting the waves, it entrusts itself to the current, resembling a heart that may tremble but still continues forward.
Dolphin
The dolphin symbolizes boundless affection. It appears as a presence that surrounds and stays with the figure, quietly conveying warm comfort and the feeling of a tender relationship.
